Distinguished Club Program · 2021–22 to 2026–27
Every club in the district,
lit by how far it got.
Ten goals a year; five earns Distinguished. This page carries that score for — clubs across —.
The Year in Progress (data as of —)
· openThe year still running. Start with clubs missing a window that closes soon.
How to read this section
This is the open program year as the dashboard reports it today, read across the whole district. For the clubs themselves, Every Area, Year by Year below carries this year beside the finished ones.
A goal shown as unreachable cannot be recovered, because its window has shut.
What Shuts Next
Most goals stay open until 30 June, but the officer-training and administrative windows close during the year. Each row is a window about to close, and the count is how many clubs have not met it yet.
Where the District Stands
Goals achieved so far this year, across all clubs. Five goals is Distinguished. Early in the year most clubs sit at zero, which is normal; read the ceiling rather than the count.
No Longer a District
This district was dissolved, so there is no year in progress to report.
How to read this section
This district was last listed by Toastmasters in its final year. It no longer exists, so the Year in Progress section is absent and there is no in-year workbook.
Everything below still stands: the real year-end results for the clubs this district held, kept because dissolving a district does not undo what its clubs did. Clubs carry on under whichever district took them.
Toastmasters realigned its districts for 2026–27, dissolving 68 of 162 into a new 200-series. To find where a club sits now, look it up in the district that holds it today.
Figures end at the close of its last program year. Switch districts from the masthead.
Every Area, Year by Year
Pick any year, the one still running included, then read to the bottom of each area for the clubs that need help.
How to read this section
Every club's score for the chosen year, nested under the division and area that supported it in that year and ranked most goals to fewest within each area.
The last pill is the year still running, so a division or area leader can read the same grid for where their clubs stand now. That score is partial, so it is not banded the way a finished year is. Colour marks only what the year has already settled: recognition banked, Distinguished put out of reach, or a deadline inside 30 days. Everything else is a rank, worst at the foot of each area, which is where to start.
Toastmasters realigns divisions and areas each July, so a club may sit somewhere else on today's dashboard; open any club to see where it is now.
A struck-through name is a club the district no longer has, because it
closed, merged or moved out. Its score for that year still stands and is still
counted here.
Ranked most goals to fewest, so the clubs needing help sit at the bottom of each area. Select any club for its full record.
Every Club in the Year
How to read this section
Ten squares per club, one per DCP goal. On the year still running, filled means achieved, outlined means still reachable and flat means the window has closed for good. On a finished year nothing is reachable any more, so a square is filled or it is not.
Figures follow the dashboard's own count, in which the two officer-training rows earn a single goal, as do the two administrative rows. Select any row for the club's full record.
No Success Plan narrows the table to clubs the dashboard has not recorded a Club Success Plan for. It is a prerequisite for every recognition level, so a club without one cannot be Distinguished however many goals it meets.
A handful of archived years record fewer goal rows than the score the dashboard gave the club, almost always a blank Jun–Aug officer-training row. The score is the dashboard's own and stands, and those rows are marked because the squares cannot account for it.
Where the Goals Are Going Missing
Start at the top of the first chart, where support buys the most goals.
How to read this section
Which of the ten goals the district keeps failing tells you who can fix it: training and officer paperwork are set at district level, education awards club by club.
On the year still running, a share measures pace. A goal almost nobody has met by October is not a goal going missing, so the bars are unbanded and their order is what to read. The Five-Year Trajectory beside them always spans every finished year, whichever one is picked.

Who Climbed, and Who Slipped
year to yearCall the clubs on the right; ask the ones on the left what changed.
How to read this section
Climbed is a club that finished under five goals and then beat that score; slipped is a club that was above five and fell back. Five is the Distinguished threshold, which is why it is the pivot.
A club can appear on both lists in different years; the record really does swing that way.

The trace shows the shape of each club's run — steady, spiking or sliding — against a dashed line at five goals. The last column is the year still running, so it is goals met so far rather than a year-end score, and it moves with each dashboard snapshot.
A club number survives a realignment and a district does not, so a club that transferred in brings its record with it. Those years show in a lighter figure, underlined: the score is the club's, but it was earned under the district that held it then, which the cell names on hover. A dash means no district recorded a score for that club that year, usually one before it chartered.
A struck-through name marked off roster is a club the district no
longer has, because it closed, merged or moved out. Its scores still stand.
